PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This course is offered in concert with George Mason University as part of the EDPS/GMU(SPGIA) collaboration initiative. The program is designed for managers organization-wide and is geared towards helping them develop skills in financial and business analysis that contribute to better decision-making and organizational performance. Understanding business drivers, basic accounting principles, financial statements and financial and strategic risk management are among core objectives of the program.
